A visual introduction to Tanzania’s wildlife, landscapes, people, camps, mountains and Indian Ocean islands.
Tanzania in pictures
Use this page as the home for your strongest original photography: Serengeti plains, Ngorongoro wildlife, Tarangire elephants, Kilimanjaro trekking, cultural encounters, safari camps and Zanzibar coastlines. Each image should have a descriptive caption and meaningful alternative text rather than a keyword list.
Gallery setup: add native WordPress Gallery blocks below this paragraph, organise images by destination, and link selected photographs to the relevant destination or planning page.
Wildlife and ethical photography
Our guides position vehicles with respect for animals, habitat and other visitors. We do not crowd wildlife, block movement, request off-road driving where prohibited or bait animals for photographs. Flash should be avoided around wildlife unless a guide confirms it is permitted and safe.
Share your journey with us
Guests who would like their images featured can contact our team. We only publish identifiable guest photographs with permission and credit photographers when requested. Please do not submit images that reveal sensitive wildlife locations or depict unsafe behaviour.
Using drones in Tanzania
Drone use is regulated and requires advance approvals from relevant aviation, defence, conservation and local authorities. Do not bring or operate a drone on the assumption that recreational use is automatically permitted.
