Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), meet your guide, and transfer to Maasai Eco Boma Lodge in Arusha. Day 2. Fully-Day Tarangire Park- Land of the Giants Safari
After an early breakfast at Maasai Eco Boma Lodge, depart Arusha and head southwest toward Tarangire National Park, one of the Northern Tanzania’s most famous wildlife destinations. The scenic drive takes you through vibrant local villages and open savannas, offering glimpses into daily Tanzanian rural life before reaching the park gates.
Step into a world dominated by ancient baobab trees and massive elephants herds. Known as the “land of giants” Tarangire boasts one of the highest concentrations of elephants in East Africa. - What's Not Included In Your Package
International Flights
- International flights to and from Tanzania (such as arrivals at Kilimanjaro International Airport-JRO) are not included in the tour package price. Guest are responsible for purchasing their own international air tickets to align with the safari start and end dates.
Tanzania Entry Visas & Processing Fees
- Entry visas, passport fees, and entry processing charges for Tanzania or Zanzibar are excluded. Travelers must secure their single-entry tourist visa online via the official Tanzania e-Visa portal prior to arrival or obtain a visa-on-arrival at eligible ports of entry.
Travel and Medical Insurance
- Comprehensive travel, medical, and emergency evacuation insurance is not included un our stanadard package pricing. We strongly advise all guests to secure travel insurance covering medical coverage, baggage loss, emergency rescue, and trip cancellations prior to departure.
Premium Drinks & Alcoholic Beverages
- While bottled drinking water is provided inside your 4*4 safari vehicle during game drives, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, wine, sprits, and special drinks consumed at lodges or luxury tented camps are not included unless explicitly stated under luxury full board inclusions.
Personal Laundry & Pressing Services
- Laundry, dry cleaning, and clothing pressing services offered by safari lodges, mobile camos, or hotel accommodation partners are excluded and billed directly to guests by the accommodation provider.
Personal Expenses & Incidentals
- All expenses of a personal nature including local SIM cards, mobile data packages, souvenir shopping, spa treatments, phone calls, and individual room service charges are at the guest’s own discretion.

I highly recommend Silence of Nature. We were able to find all the animals. Even the elusive leopard. Thanks to their high level of experience. They provided three staff members. All three were professional, polite, thoughtful, funny, and experts. Simba was the guide and he was full of knowledge about the Serengeti and all the animals in it. Victor was the driver and he was great at navigating the terrain.
